How to Make Chicken Momos at Home:

Step 1: Prepare the Dough  

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.  

2. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.  

Step 2: Make the Filling  

1. In a bowl, combine minced chicken, chopped onions, garlic, ginger, chili, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, coriander, and salt.
